En tant qu’amateur passionné de pizza au feu de bois, je suis outré par la décision de New York de se débarrasser de cette tradition culinaire emblématique. Cette méthode ancestrale, héritage de mes ancêtres italiens, est maintenant menacée par l’alarmisme climatique. Les pizzerias devront réduire leurs émissions de carbone de 75 %, ce qui implique des coûts élevés pour l’installation de dispositifs de contrôle des émissions.

Pendant ce temps, les plus grands contributeurs de pollution, comme les chaudières des bâtiments, sont négligés. La véritable cause de préoccupation est le transport, pas les fours à pizza. Interdire les cuisinières à gaz et restreindre les fours à bois est une atteinte à la cuisine et une concession inutile aux alarmistes climatiques et autres écolos bobos. La pizza parfaite, symbole de la gastronomie new-yorkaise, ne doit pas être sacrifiée au nom de la réduction des émissions.

Les pizzas au feu de bois de New York, aussi emblématiques que la Statue de la Liberté, sont menacées. Les Italiens ont apporté cette tradition dans les années 1900, créant une spécialité mondialement reconnue. Mais voilà, maintenant on veut éliminer les meilleures pizzas du monde au nom de l’alarmisme climatique et des écolos bobos et autres démocrates énervés.

Les pizzerias devront réduire leurs émissions de carbone de 75 % ! Les autorités exigent des dispositifs de contrôle des émissions, coûtant jusqu’à 20 000 $. Les vrais coupables de la pollution sont les chaudières des bâtiments, pas les fours à pizza. L’interdiction des cuisinières à gaz et la restriction des fours à bois sont un affront à la cuisine.

Ne sacrifions pas la pizza parfaite pour satisfaire les écologistes et autres alarmistes climatiques qui refusent de changer leur propre mode de vie extravagant.
