Plus de 200 personnalités parisiennes gonflés d’importances et surtout loin du contact des masses laborieuses et migratoires, dont Josiane Balasko, Guillaume Meurice, et Julie Gayet, appellent à manifester contre la loi immigration. Signé par diverses figures, y compris Jacques Toubon et Thierry Beaudet, cet appel unit intellectuels, artistes, syndicalistes, responsables associatifs, politiques, et d’autres. Il dénonce la loi comme contraire aux principes républicains de solidarité, liberté, égalité, et fraternité, soulignant qu’elle ne répond pas aux causes de l’exil forcé ni aux défis de l’accueil et de l’intégration. Les signataires incluent des dirigeants syndicaux, des responsables associatifs comme Henry Masson et Marie-Aleth Grard, des personnalités des quartiers populaires, et des élus de diverses sensibilités politiques tels que Fabien Roussel, Cécile Rilhac, et Guillaume Lacroix.
