Violences conjugales à Audincourt : Un gosse de 13 ans fait tomber son père via Pronote

Un gamin de 13 ans à Audincourt sauve sa mère tabassée par son père en alertant un pote via Pronote, le 25 janvier 2025. Le pote prévient la principale, qui appelle les flics. Le père, 42 ans, alcoolisé, est arrêté, jugé le 28 janvier, prend 1 an ferme sur 24 mois. La mère refuse de porter plainte, mais les stigmates parlent. Les gosses, témoins, sont traumatisés. Violences conjugales, un fléau sans fin : 121 féminicides en 2024. Pronote, appli scolaire, devient un SOS improbable.

Le tabassage : Une scène d’horreur à Audincourt

Samedi 25 janvier 2025, dans un appart miteux d’Audincourt, un père de 42 piges, bien imbibé, pète un câble. Soupçonnant sa femme d’aller voir ailleurs, il la roue de coups, coups de poing, coups de pied, devant leurs gosses, 4 à 13 ans. La mère, visage éclaté, thorax en vrac, s’effondre. Les mômes, tétanisés, matent l’horreur. L’aîné, 13 ans, chope son phone, balance un message à un pote : « Ma mère se fait démonter par mon père. » C’est pas un jeu, c’est un SOS.

La chaîne improbable : Pronote, la principale, les flics

Le pote, un gamin du même âge, capte direct que ça sent le roussi. On est samedi, pas de profs dispo, mais il dégaine Pronote, l’appli scolaire où les collégiens checkent leurs notes, devoirs, et causent avec les profs – un genre de WhatsApp mais version cahier de liaison 2.0. Il spamme la principale : « Faut faire un truc, ça craint grave. » La cheffe, en plein week-end, voit la notif, lit le message, appelle le 17 illico. Les flics rappliquent, gyro en fanfare, pendant que l’aîné, pas con, avait déjà bipé les pompiers. Les secours chopent la mère, amochée, direction l’hosto. Le père, menottes aux poignets, finit en garde à vue, la gueule encore pleine de bibine.

La justice expéditive : Le père trinque sévère

Le 28 janvier, comparution immédiate à Montbéliard. Le proc’, Paul-Édouard Lallois, balance du lourd : « Violences conjugales en présence de mineurs, ITT de moins de 8 jours. » Le père, sans casier, joue les repentis : « J’sais pas c’qui m’a pris, j’regrette. » Trop tard, mec. Verdict : 24 mois de taule, dont 12 fermes, interdiction d’approcher la mère, perte de l’autorité parentale. La mère, elle, refuse de porter plainte suivant les informations de La Dépêche, mais les stigmates parlent pour elle. Les gosses, traumatisés, filent direct chez le psy. Une famille lambda, qu’ils disaient, mais la violence, elle s’en fout du CV.

La France face au fléau des violences conjugales

Cent vingt et un féminicides en 2024, et 2025 démarre sur les chapeaux de roues. Jacqueline Sauvage, ça vous dit un truc ? Même combat, autre époque. Les violences conjugales, c’est le cancer qu’on soigne pas, un mal qui ronge tous les milieux, des HLM aux pavillons chicos. Pronote, ce truc où on râle pour un 8 en maths, a sauvé une vie cette fois-ci. Mais combien d’autres vont encore morfler avant que ça change ? Les flics, les juges, les gamins qui jouent les héros, ça suffit pas. Pendant qu’on cause, un autre bourreau lève la main quelque part.
